Therapy

Coaching
As a professional coach and therapist in training, I cannot solve your problems. But by listening without judging, by acting as a sounding board, by asking questions, by confronting you with yourself, I will try to help you gain more insight into what is going on beneath the unpleasant behaviour on the surface. What causes you to keep ‘relapsing’ into your old habits, despite the fact that you would like to use less?

Breathing work
Breathing is a powerful tool with which you can bring your attention from your head to your body. Through exercises you can learn to give your (worrying) thoughts a place, regulate emotions and calm your body. Through meditation you can become more aware of what is really here and now and distinguish between facts and thoughts. We use both more relaxing breathing exercises, exercises to regulate the breath, mindfulness exercises and also more intense breathing exercises to release emotions.

Psychedelic-assisted therapy
Psychedelic-assisted therapy is a form of therapy that, in addition to classic therapy, also makes use of psychedelics, a class of psychoactive substances whose main effect is that they enable new or unusual experiences of consciousness, including through psychological, visual and auditory effects. Psychedelic substances such as psilocybin (magic mushrooms) or MDMA are not addictive and can help people struggling with dependency issues.
